FOURTH WEEK BLOG

~ These fourth week of blogging was so extremely because of activities . and also a week of our exam so i need to focus , review etc. I hope you enjoy this blog

3 GOOD THINGS HAPPEN IN FOURTH WEEK

  1. When i was in a jeep I saw a little boy . then that boy was going in pur jeep to give a sobre so I decided that not money to instead of money its better if food i will l gave. So i ask the boy. Come here i will give you something. After I will gave the food the boy was so very happy. In that simple food I will make that boy happy that was one of the most awesome happen in my life.
  2. It was Tuesday my mother was file a leave form of their work. And i saw them that she will cleaning the house so I decided to help her. I start in my room and after that I ask my mother that i want to help her to clean the house.
  3. It was a heavy traffic in the road because of a car accident that time is a very important to come in the school earlier than my teacher because i have a quiz in their subject. And i am very thankful that i will came to school on time.

ACT OF KINDNESS

it was a recess time in our school so All of the Student are go to canteen but I saw my friend is staying in our classroom so I will called him . and that I knew that my friend I no money to buy some food in the canteen so i decide that he will barrow a money from me. Take it back when he got a money too.

CALM YOUR MIND

In every time when I am talking to god , god makes me calm i will always thanks for him because of the blessing that i receive every day .

MOVE YOUR BODY

every day. Start form UST going into our school I just walk because to improve my adrenaline to be active in the class . and also an exercise for me Because we need at least 10000 step before you say that you are active lifestyle

3 GOOD THINGS HAPPEN IN MY LIFE

  1. It was in Laguna when my friends invite me to her pool party. That party was so memorable in my life one of the best day ever in my life .
  2. Me and my friends are going into a mall. And we saw an old man crossing the pedestrian lane. So we decided to help the man. In that simple things you can help other without expectation to them .
  3. It was monday morning me and my old teammates we decided to jogging again because it was a very long time to jogging together it was so very fantastic because we all know that all of them are busy in their school works or activities but they give their short time to jogging again with our teammates.

ACT OF KINDNESS

It happen when i will going to school so i will go to jeep station to go in my school but i saw an old man. Carrying his bag full of plastics. And the bag was broken so all the plastics was in the floor I decided to help the old man. I don’t care if I came to my school late . that moment was a very awesome moment in my life.

CALM YOUR MIND

It was sunday. So my mother decided to go into quail church to massage their back because of heavy work in office. So I decided to go to church first before she go into massage their back. Because prayer is one of the most effective to remove the pain in their back. And i will sure that god give my mother a strength again.

MOVE YOUR BODY

Every morning I will go into a sport complex to jogging at least a 1hour a day because jogging can help you to recover hour mind in the hard work in school that is my stress reliever.
